To ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible, there are certain rules to be observed in the villa.
To protect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, parties are strictly forbidden, as is noise pollution between 9.00 pm and 8.00 am..
No smoking inside the villa.
The rental contract stipulates a specific number of tenants (no outsiders). It is tolerated to receive punctually guests within the limit of 4 with the agreement of the owner..
The dishwasher at your disposal must be used with care (waste must be put in the bin before washing).
On the day of your departure, please take out the rubbish in accordance with the sorting system, and do not leave the villa in a mess by tidying up the furniture and crockery, as well as the barbecue and plancha.
The water level in the pool must not fall below the middle of the Steamer: please level it whenever necessary.

DETAILS OF THE COSTS OF YOUR STAY
Tourist tax is set at 1.5€ per person per day.
You will be asked to pay it on the booking estimate. This tax is paid to the CIVIS (Communauté Intercommunale des Villes Solidaires).

Deposit : 1000€ (cheque delivered within 48 hours of your departure and household appliances checked)
